Leagues

Competition.Clubs compete in leagues with different levels. Leagues in the world differ in organizational rules, the number of teams and length of the season. In many leagues the most famous-for example, in Spain, Italy, France or Germany-game 18 or 20 teams. In the first leagues Romania, Russia and Japan after sixteen teams playing in Sweden and Poland-fourteen, Slovakia-10, Lithuania, Slovakia, only eight. In most leagues in the season, each team playing each twice-at home and away. In Denmark, for example, twelve teams played each of the three times each. In Scotland, the first league format has unparalleled play-a twelve teams, but the season is 38 games. The teams play each of three times each, and two groups of six teams play the next round of matches. In some leagues, such as Argentine, Mexican, and Japanese, the season is divided into two parts. League teams in Spain, France, Bulgaria and Hungary have a winter break in the season, whereas in northern European countries such as Russia, Norway and Finland, where the season begins in spring. While the leagues in South Korea and the U.S., each team is assured performances in the league, in the next season, most leagues have a system of promotion and succession.
